In this ,imposed certain restrictions on the fundamental rights of the citizens in the interest of the sovereignty and integrity of the country .
It also made changes in the form of oath given in the Third Schedule by adding the words "I will uphold the sovereignty and integrity of India".

Further amended the right to private property and added more land reformer  acts to Ninth Schedule so that their validity could not be disputed in any court  of law. 
Eighteenth (18th)

This was  passed to facilitate the re-organization of Punjab on a linguistic basis into Punjab and Haryana . it also transferred some territory to Himachal Pradesh and created the Union Territory of Chandigarh.

In this , made changes in the powers of Election Commission and  authorized High Court to hear election  petitions .

Provision regarding appointment of district judges .

Sindhi language was added as 15th regional language in the eighth schedule .

Create autonomous sub –state of Meghalaya within Assam

Extended the reservation of seats for SC/ST and nomination of Anglo-Indians for a further period of 10 years (up to 1980).

Parliament was given power to amend any part of the Constitution including Fundamental Rights .

Art. 31 ,Art. 31C was added .
The Fundamental rights  subordinated to the Directive principles as given in the Art. 39
