Master Tara singh and Sant Fateh Singh were two prominent leaders of Punjab Subha movement, who organised masses and led them effectively and purposefully. • the demands of Punjab Subha movements was accepted in 1966.
•on the recommendation of the Shah commission ( Members : S.Dutt and MM Philips), Punjab reorganization Act was enacted and accordingly Punjab was divided into three parts on 1st Nov. 1966. some part was become Haryana and Himachal Pradesh .
